Personal energy requires daily maintenance to keep your energy flowing efficiently for optimal spiritual, mental, emotional and physical health. As an energy worker, we offer aura cleansings and give you the skills to manage your energy on your own, which will help you feel more empowered. If you’re looking for empowerment and independence, this is the right session for you. Energy management is very personal, so it looks different for everyone. You will receive energy testing and a daily energy routine. As Eden Energy Medicine Practitioners we may use the Eden Method (Level 1 Fundamentals) to manage your energy. Or, you may respond better to meditation, mindfulness, pendulum, journaling, tuning forks, colour, crystals, essential oils or developing a relationship with your own spiritual team. You may also come away with homework to help you connect with your spirit on your own time. As your expansion facilitator, Sher will attune everything to you, your energy, and what you find valuable.
